The following charges apply irrespective of which plan the Customer is on. Any plan specific charges are as set out in the Part of the BT Price List entry applicable to the plan other than where these are amended by a Charges Schedule issued by BT.

Premium Rate Numbers are numbers starting 09... listed under the National Numbering Scheme of the OFCOM website under the headings: Special Services and Premium Rate Service Numbers. Directory Enquiries Numbers are numbers starting 118.

1. Dialled call charges for BT Business Mobile

Call charges on the BT Business Mobile Portfolio (BT Business Mobile Flex, BT Business Mobile Sharer, BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Sim Only) are calculated using pence per second rates (to 4 decimal places) which differ by type of call. A minimum call duration applies for each call (other than roamed calls received when Roaming outside of the Europe Zone), with calls of shorter duration being charged as though they had reached this minimum duration.

Calls exceeding the minimum call duration are charged at the specified call rates and rounded up to the next 60 seconds for BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Sim Only and BT Business Mobile Sharer and to the next 1 second for BT Business Mobile Flex, except for calls to 118 and voice shortcodes which are charged per second when the minimum call duration is exceeded. Calls are rounded to the next 1p.

Roamed calls received when Roaming outside of the Europe Zone have no minimum call duration and are rounded to the next 1p.

2. CHARGES TABLE

Calls, text messages and data made from the UK and the Europe Zone are charged as set out in the table below

If the dialled number cannot be found based on the first 7 digits, revert to the first 6 digits, and so on until you reach 3 digits. Dialled number groups not shown will default to Premium Rate Services Band 3 and be charged in accordance with the above table of charges.

3. DATA OVERAGE

TABLE 1

** When an existing inclusive data allowance has been exceeded a 500MB bundle will be applied. If this bundle is exceeded a further 500MB bundle will be applied up to a maximum of 10 bundles. A UK and Europe Zone data cap will be applied when 10 bundles have been exceeded.

*** A UK and Europe Zone data cap will be applied when 1GB of data has been exceeded. This is in addition to any existing inclusive data allowance.

Charges in Table 2 apply to BT Mobile Sharer and BT Mobile Flex Customers where the Charges Schedule specifies that “Table 2” is applicable.

TABLE 3

Charges in Table 3 apply to BT Mobile Broadband Customers and BT Flex Customers where the Charges Schedule specifies that “Table 3” is applicable.

Data Charges on the BT Business Mobile Portfolio (BT Business Mobile Flex, BT Business Mobile Sharer, BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Sim Only, BT Business Mobile Broadband) are calculated by applying pence per KB rates to the volume of KB (to 4 decimal places) sent in a continuous period of data transfer. The Charges are rounded up to the next whole penny.
